Terms & Conditions
Please review our standard rental, calculation, and additional fee policies below.
- An 18% GST will be applicable on all bookings wherever applicable.
- Booking will be confirmed only after vehicle availability is verified and the required advance payment is received.
- A minimum 75% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the journey or as per the agreed credit terms.
- Kilometers will be calculated on an Office to Office basis.
- Standard duty hours are 1:00 AM to 11:00 PM, unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.
- Extra time charges will be тВ╣500 per hour or as specified in the quotation.
- Extra kilometer charges will be applicable as mentioned in the quotation.
- Toll charges, parking fees, State Tax, Border Tax, Hill Station Entry Fees, Police Entry Charges, and any other government levies, if not included in the quotation, will be charged extra.
- RTO Permit charges will be applicable as mentioned in the quotation.
- Driver food, allowance, or any other driver-related charges will be applicable as per the quotation.
- A Duty Slip is mandatory for all corporate and credit bookings.
- The vehicle will be reported 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time whenever possible.
- Air Conditioning (AC) is available only in AC vehicles. AC service will not be provided for Non-AC bookings.
- The complete itinerary, including route, pickup, and drop locations, must be finalized before booking. Any changes after confirmation may attract additional charges.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, tobacco products, or any kind of misconduct inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to the vehicle, excessive dirt, vomiting, or cleaning required due to passenger negligence will be charged to the customer.
- Carrying flammable, hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage, valuables, and personal belongings.
- Ransing Travels shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- In the event of a significant increase in diesel prices, Ransing Travels reserves the right to revise the quoted rates accordingly.
- Payment for corporate credit bookings must be made within the agreed credit period. Failure to do so may result in suspension of future services.
- The final invoice will be prepared based on the Duty Slip, actual kilometer reading, travel route, and applicable toll and parking receipts.
- In case of a vehicle breakdown, accident, or any unavoidable circumstances, Ransing Travels reserves the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement vehicle.
- For GST invoices, the customer must provide the Company Name, Address, and GST Number (if applicable).
- The vehicle must be used only for the route and purpose specified in the booking.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation unless approved in writing by Ransing Travels.
- Ransing Travels shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, war, strikes, or any circumstances beyond the company's control.
- All disputes and legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra only.
- Dogs or any other pets are not allowed inside the vehicle. If special permission is granted, all washing, cleaning, and sanitization charges arising from carrying the pet shall be borne by the customer.
- If you experience any issue related to the driver, vehicle, or service during the journey, please contact Ransing Travels immediately so that the issue can be resolved without delay.
- Complaints raised for the first time after the completion of the journey will not be accepted. Any issue or concern must be reported during the trip to enable immediate resolution.
- Any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activity inside the vehicle shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All vehicles are provided in clean, well-maintained condition with experienced and professional drivers.
- By confirming the booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
